Our buttercreams are crafted with rich, skin loving ingredients and natural thickeners. Because they travel through varying temperatures during transit, the consistency may temporarily loosen up, making the cream appear a bit thinner or more liquid than usual upon arrival.
Don't worry this is completely normal! The quality, safety, and moisturizing benefits of your cream are entirely unaffected.
What to do:
Simply keep the jar closed and let it sit undisturbed at room temperature for a few hours. As it cools down and settles, the emulsion will naturally tighten and thicken back up to its intended rich, creamy texture.
