Refund policy

Any and all returns must be approved by Lavish Looks before a return can be approved.

Lavish Looks DOES NOT provide pre-paid return shipping labels! Due to customer placing wrong color, size or item 

Lavish Looks DOES NOT offer Refunds only a store credit will be issued which can be used for future order purchase.

Damaged, defective or incorrect item Must be reported within 2 business days. If same item is in stock that item and same size will be sent! If item/ items are not in stock a full refund will be issued.

Final Sale!
Any and all purchases during a sale period such as clearance items, promotion, Sale, discount codes are all final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged, refund or store credit. 

Lavish Looks will not hold any other item, color or size for a customer return.

It’s the customers responsibility to return package back within 7days.
Once we receive your return order and product is in good condition such as unworn, unwashed and must have original tags we will send a email regarding a store credit.... (Please allow us 3-5 days to process your return order.. All store credits must be used within 30days of the 1st store credit email sent to customer email address on file.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, preorders, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
